Game Master
Responsibilities

Checking in and welcoming guests
Cleaning of public spaces; bathroom, lobby, etc.
Answering phone calls and creating bookings
Briefing guests as a character and performing story moments
Resetting games in a timely manner
Maintaining our standard of game quality

Game Master
Qualifications

MUST be at least 18 years or older
A passion for escape rooms and immersive experiences
Strong problem solving skills and multitasking capabilities
Availability to work weekends
Experience playing escape rooms (preferred)
Prior experience in a customer service based role (preferred)
Theater or performance experience (preferred)
