Game Master Responsibilities
- Checking in and welcoming guests
- Cleaning of public spaces; bathroom, lobby, etc.
- Answering phone calls and creating bookings
- Briefing guests as a character and performing story moments
- Resetting games in a timely manner
- Maintaining our standard of game quality
Game Master Qualifications
- MUST be at least 18 years or older.
- A passion for escape rooms and immersive experiences
- Strong problem solving skills and multitasking capabilities
- Availability to work weekends
- Experience playing escape rooms (preferred)
- Prior experience in a customer service based role (preferred)
- Theater or performance experience (preferred)
